Iowa Admin. Code r. 531-20.10 - Changes for special promotions

The lottery may alter the price of the tickets or shares, features, or prizes of the game or drawings to accommodate special promotions. Alterations made by the lottery shall be contained in the specific rules for the promotion.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.7, 99G.9(3), and 99G.21.
