Iowa Admin. Code r. 567-114.1 - Scope and applicability
This chapter details the plan and operating requirements for all sanitary landfills accepting only construction and demolition wastes. All sanitary landfills accepting only construction and demolition wastes must conform with the provisions of these rules. This chapter also pertains to the hydrologic monitoring system standards for these solid waste disposal facilities.
