Iowa Admin. Code r. 567-22.134 - [Effective until 6/19/2024] Acid rain permit shield

Each affected unit operated in accordance with the acid rain permit that governs the unit and that was issued in compliance with Title IV of the Act, as provided in rules 567-22120. (455B) to 567-22146. (455B), rule 567-252. (455B), or 40 CFR Parts 72, 73, 75, 76, 77, and 78, and the regulations implementing Section 407 of the Act, shall be deemed to be operating in compliance with the acid rain program, except as provided in paragraph 22.125(7)"f. "
