This chapter establishes the standards and requirements for authorization of emergency medical care training programs in the state of Iowa; establishes the requirements of the training program related to preparing students for emergency medical provider certification in the state of Iowa; and describes the authority of the department to impose disciplinary sanctions against a training program.
