Iowa Admin. Code r. 641-40.100 - Reports of individual monitoring
(1) This section applies to each person
licensed or registered by the agency to:
a.
Possess or use sources of radiation for purposes of industrial radiography
pursuant to
641-39.4
(136C) and 641-Chapter 45; or
b.
Receive radioactive waste from other persons for disposal pursuant to
10CFRPart61 offederal regulations or appropriate other Agreement State
regulations; or
c. Possess or use
at any time, for processing or manufacturing for distribution pursuant to
641-39.4
(136C) or
641-41.2
(136C), radioactive material in quantities exceeding any one of the following
quantities:

aThe
(2) Each licensee or registrant in a category
listed in 40.100(1) shall submit an annual report of the results of individual
monitoring carried out by the licensee or registrant for each individual for
whom monitoring was required by 40.36(136C) during that year . The licensee or
registrant may include additional data for individuals for whom monitoring was
provided but not required.
(3) The
licensee or registrant shall file the report required by 40.100(2), covering
the preceding year , on or before April 30 of each year . The licensee or
registrant shall submit the report to the agency .
