Iowa Admin. Code r. 641-44.10 - Penalties

It is unlawful for an individual to function as a radon mitigation specialist in violation of the provisions of the Iowa radon testing and abatement Act. Persons convicted of violating the provisions of the Iowa radon testing and abatement Act or 641-Chapter 44 shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor.
