Iowa Admin. Code r. 641-70.9 - [Effective until 3/26/2025] Compliance inspections
(1) The department may enter premises or
facilities where violations of the provisions regarding lead-based paint
activities may occur for the purpose of conducting compliance
inspections.
(2) The department may
enter premises or facilities where training programs conduct
business.
(3) The department may
take samples and review records as part of the lead-based paint activities
compliance inspection process.
(4)
The department may review all reports involving lead-based paint
activities.
(5) The department may
issue subpoenas pursuant to 641-Chapter 173, Iowa Administrative Code, for the
purposes of determining compliance.
