Iowa Code r. 161-3.2 - Timely filing of the complaint
(1)
All alleged continuous violations that constitute a pattern or practice are
timely if the most recent act occurred within 300 days of filing the
complaint.
(2) The 300-day filing
period is subject to waiver, estoppel, and equitable tolling. Equitable tolling
depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case and suspends the running
of the filing period for as long as the grounds for tolling exist.
