Iowa Code r. 681-3.38 - Review and revision of the pay plan
At least once each year, the complete pay plan will be reviewed for revision by the board of regents in the same manner and following the same procedure stated in 681-3.37 (8A). At any time, new classes may be established and other revisions may be made in the plan to reflect proper relationships and to facilitate recruitment and retention. Such changes will be effective after approval by the board of regents and other authority as required by law.
