Iowa Code r. 875-84.12 - Waiver of procedures
Unless otherwise precluded by law, the parties in a contested case proceeding may waive any provision of this chapter. However, the board in its discretion may refuse to give effect to such a waiver when the board deems the waiver to be inconsistent with the public interest.
