Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-4-4 - Position analysis
Position descriptions shall be reviewed by managers, supervisors, and personnel officers or other personnel officials to determine the duties and responsibilities assigned to a particular position, its location in the organization, and the education, experience, knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform successfully those duties and responsibilities.
