Kan. Admin. Regs. § 102-1-19 - Services rendered to individuals located in this state
Except as authorized by K.S.A. 74-5316, K.S.A. 74-5344, and K.S.A. 74-5345, and amendments thereto, each person, regardless of the person's location, who engages in either of the following activities shall be deemed to be engaged in the practice of psychology in this state and shall be required to have a license, issued by the board, to practice psychology as a licensed psychologist:
(a) performs any act included in subsection
(a) of K.S.A. 74-5302, and amendments
thereto, on or for one or more individuals located in this state; or
(b) represents oneself to be a psychologist
available to perform any act included in subsection (a) of
K.S.A.
74-5302, and amendments thereto, on or for
one or more individuals located in this state.
