Kan. Admin. Regs. § 102-3-16 - Services rendered to individuals located in this state
Except as authorized by K.S.A. 65-5807 and K.S.A. 65-5812, and amendments thereto, each person, regardless of the person's location, who engages in either of the following activities shall be deemed to be engaged in the practice of professional counseling in this state and shall be required to have a license, issued by the board, to practice professional counseling or clinical professional counseling as a licensed professional counselor or a licensed clinical professional counselor, as appropriate:
