Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-107-11 - Notice to Kansas lottery of EGM movement

Each facility manager shall obtain authorization from the executive director and the Kansas lottery's executive director before doing any of the following:

(a) Placing an EGM on the gaming floor;
(b) moving an EGM to a different location on the gaming floor; or
(c) removing an EGM from the gaming floor.
