Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-18-19 - Responsibility for the accuracy of transmitted wagering data

The accuracy of all transmitted wagering data shall be the responsibility of the host facility. Responsibility will shift to a guest facility if the transmission of incorrect data would have been detected had the guest facility properly confirmed the transmitted check sum.
