Kan. Admin. Regs. § 115-8-14 - Fireworks; discharge and public displays
(a) Subject to
provisions and restrictions as established by posted notice, using or
discharging fireworks shall be allowed only in designated areas or as
authorized by the department.
(b)
Public fireworks displays may be conducted through special event permits issued
by the department.
(c) Public
fireworks displays shall comply with all state laws and rules and regulations
applicable to public fireworks displays.
