Kan. Admin. Regs. § 116-3-1 - Definitions

"Non-fair event" means an event held during times other than the dates of the Kansas state fair in which a contract, lease or agreement is entered into permitting the use of all or a portion of the state fairgrounds for uses and with conditions agreed upon by both parties.
