Kan. Admin. Regs. § 14-21-18 - Federal retail stamp

Each drinking establishment licensee shall purchase from the United States bureau of alcohol, tobacco and firearms a federal retail stamp and shall display that stamp, or proof of payment for the stamp, in public view on the licensed premises.
