Kan. Admin. Regs. § 21-34-10 - Information from a drug test

Any information regarding the medical condition or history of any employee or applicant obtained from a drug test, except information regarding illegal use of drugs, is subject to the requirements of subsections (b) and (c) of 21-34-4.
