Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-18a-5 - Transfer of a permit or certification

(a) The automatic transfer of a permit shall be prohibited. Each swine operator wanting to transfer a water pollution control permit of a confined feeding facility shall make application consistent with the provisions of the regulations in this article.

(b) The automatic transfer of a certification shall be prohibited. Each swine operator wanting to transfer a certification for a confined feeding facility shall register with the department, in accordance with this article.

(c) The existing permit or certification shall remain in effect until the department authorizes the transfer by letter or reissues the permit or certification.
