Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-39-159 - Dental Services
Each nursing facility shall assist residents in obtaining routine and 24-hour emergency dental care. The facility shall:
(a) Maintain a list of available dentists for
residents who do not have a dentist;
(b) assist residents, if requested or
necessary, in arranging for appropriate dental services; and
(c) assist residents in arranging
transportation to and from the dentist's office.
