Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-39-405 - Health services; dietetic services standard
The facility shall provide meal services that include:
(a) Menus planned and followed to meet the
nutritional needs of residents; and
(b) Foods prepared by methods that conserve
the nutritive value, flavor, and appearance and attractively served at the
proper temperature.
