Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-39-408 - Environmental sanitation and safety; maintenance standard
(a) All buildings
shall be maintained in good repair and free from hazards.
(b) All electrical and mechanical equipment
shall be maintained in good repair and in safe operating condition.
(c) Resident care equipment shall be
maintained in a safe and sanitary condition.
