Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-59-5a - Reinstatement of license
Each applicant for reinstatement of a license shall meet the following criteria:
(a) Submit an
application on department-approved forms accompanied by the appropriate fee
specified in K.A.R. 28-59-7 ; and
(b) document and verify the accumulation of
not less than 15 hours of approved continuing education as specified in K.A.R.
28-59-5 for the previous complete or partial licensure period. The required
hours of approved continuing education shall have been accumulated within the
past two calendar years before the date of application for reinstatement.
