Kan. Admin. Regs. § 44-12-1002 - Violation of published internal management policies and procedures or of published orders

Each violation of any published internal management policies and procedures of the secretary of corrections or any published orders of the warden of the facility shall be an offense of the class stated in the internal management policy and procedure or in the order itself. If no class is stated, the violation shall be a class III offense. Each violation of any internal management policy and procedure shall be subject to the penalties that are prescribed in the internal management policy and procedure. If no penalty is prescribed, then the violation shall be subject to the penalties provided in this article of regulations.
