Kan. Admin. Regs. § 44-12-323 - Assault

An assault is an intentional threat or attempt to do bodily harm to another, coupled with apparent or recognizable ability to carry out the threat or attempt, and resulting in immediate apprehension or fear of bodily harm. No bodily contact is necessary. Violation shall be a class I offense.
