Kan. Admin. Regs. § 44-12-327 - Interference with restraints

(a) No inmate shall interfere with or assist other inmates in interfering in any way with handcuffs or other restraints that have been, or are being, applied to the inmate by an officer or employee. An inmate shall not remove or attempt to remove that inmate or another inmate from handcuffs or other restraints without approval of an officer or employee.
(b) Violation of this regulation shall be a class I offense.

This amendment shall be effective on and after February 15, 2002.
