Kan. Admin. Regs. § 60-3-109a - Standards of practice
(a) Each registered
professional nurse shall be familiar with the Kansas nurse practice act, the
standards of practice of the profession and the code of ethics for professional
nurses.
(b) Each licensed
practical nurse shall be familiar with the Kansas nurse practice act, the
standards of practice and the code of ethics for practical nurses.
