Kan. Admin. Regs. § 7-17-19 - Errors in filing
(a) Any errors
of the filing office in the UCC information management system may be corrected
by the filing officer. A filing officer statement shall be filed by the filing
officer in the UCC information management system identifying the record to
which the correction relates, the date of the correction, and an explanation of
the corrective action taken. The record shall be preserved as long as the
record is preserved in the UCC information management system.
(b) Each error by a filer shall be the
responsibility of the filer. The filer may correct the error by filing an
amendment or a correction statement.
