Kan. Admin. Regs. § 80-1-6 - Active military duty; terminal leave

For the purpose of determining membership in the system under K.S.A. 74-4911 of the act, and amendments thereto, in the cases involving military service leaves, return to public employment shall be deemed to be immediate if it occurs within the provisions of K.S.A. 74-4902(22), and amendments thereto, after the termination of active military duty. "Active military duty," as used in this regulation, shall include terminal leave.
