(A) Payroll deductions. Total charges for housing, food service or other employee maintenance provided for the convenience of the employee which is deducted from each employee's monthly salary will be shown in a maintenance charge column on the monthly payroll.
(B) Cash. Maintenance charges collected in cash will be accounted for and deposited in the appropriate fund of the agency and remitted as provided by K.S.A. 75-4215 to the state treasurer.
(C) Records. Agencies will maintain records required to properly administer the provisions of this regulation.
