Kan. Admin. Regs. § 105-5-2 - Rates of compensation

(a) Each appointed counsel shall be compensated at the rate of $80 per hour.
(b) Contract counsel shall be compensated at the rate or rates specified in the contract between the board and the appointed counsel.
