Kan. Admin. Regs. § 105-7-6 - Interpreters

Each individual performing services as interpreter for the defense shall be compensated at a rate not to exceed $30 per hour, unless a higher rate has been approved in advance by the director. No more than one interpreter per defendant may be compensated for services performed at the same stage of the proceeding.
