Kan. Admin. Regs. § 121-4-11 - Location of trust documents

(a) Each corporate credit union shall maintain all records required by this article and the original governing instruments establishing a fiduciary relationship with the corporate credit union at one site, which shall be either:
(1) the main office of the corporate credit union; or
(2) another site approved by the administrator.
(b) For purposes of examination, the corporate credit union shall make available original governing instruments and other records as deemed necessary by the administrator to complete an examination.
