Kan. Admin. Regs. § 22-18-3 - Construction requirements for school buildings

Current through Register Vol. 40, No. 39, September 30, 2021

(a) The construction of school buildings shall meet the requirements of the international building code, 2006 edition, as specified in K.S.A. 31-134a and amendments thereto. All electric wiring shall conform to the requirements of the national electric code of the national fire protection association adopted by K.A.R. 22-1-3.
(b) The construction of mobile, modular, portable, or relocatable school buildings shall meet the requirements of the life safety code adopted by K.A.R. 22-1-3.
