Kan. Admin. Regs. § 67-3-2 - Responsibilities and termination of responsibilities

Responsibility for the ethical conduct of a temporary licensee shall rest with the sponsoring license holder. The sponsoring license holder shall be responsible for insuring that the applicant meets all requirements. The sponsoring license holder may terminate this responsibility by discharging the temporary licensee and returning the license by registered mail to the board with an explanation of why the licensee was terminated.
