82-3-901. Determination of base production. "Base production," as defined in K.S.A. 79-4217(b)(6)(A)(2), and amendments thereto, shall be determined with respect to production decline by the operator certifying under penalty of perjury as to the 12-month history of any well or wells that are part of the production enhancement project. The production decline curve shall be prepared and certified to by either a petroleum geologist or petroleum engineer under penalty of perjury.
