201 KAR 19:240 - Resident licensed in another state; reciprocity
RELATES TO: KRS 323.060
NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 323.210(2) authorizes the board to promulgate administrative regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of KRS Chapter 323. This administrative regulation establishes requirements for licensure through reciprocity.
Section 1. Residents Licensed in other States
but not in Kentucky. A resident of Kentucky who is licensed in another state,
but not in Kentucky who wishes to obtain a license by reciprocity shall follow
the same procedure and meet the same standards as required for nonresident
architects as established in
201 KAR
19:235, Section 1.
