RELATES TO: KRS Chapter 350
NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS Chapter 350 in
pertinent part requires the cabinet to adopt administrative regulations
pertaining to surface coal mining and reclamation operations under the
permanent regulatory program. This administrative regulation provides for
incorporation by reference of documents referred to in these administrative
regulations and other documents relied on by the cabinet in implementing the
permanent regulatory program.
Section
1. Reclamation Advisory Memoranda. The following Reclamation
Advisory Memoranda (RAM) issued by the cabinet are incorporated herein by
reference for the purposes of 405 KAR Chapters 7 through 24. Copies may be
obtained from the cabinet. If there is a conflict between these documents on a
particular item, the document of later date shall prevail.
