La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § XV-1377 - Stipulations
A. The attorney
should consider the advantages and disadvantages of entering into stipulations
concerning the prosecution's case. The attorney should not enter into any
stipulations detrimental to the client's expressed goals of the
representation.
