La. Admin. Code tit. 25, § V-501 - Welcome Centers
A. The
Louisiana Office of Tourism operates a system of welcome centers whose primary
mission is to provide a safe, friendly environment to welcome visitors, provide
visitors information about tourist attractions and resources, and to encourage
visitors to spend more time in the state.
B. Welcome center facilities are available
for reserved exclusive use by the public to the extent such use does not
conflict with the primary mission of the welcome center and such use is
consistent with these rules as well as all other laws, regulations, and
policies applicable to such use.
