La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § III-109 - Compliance Schedules
A.
Owners and/or operators of a source or sources of emissions in the state of
Louisiana shall on request of the administrative authority submit within 90
days a compliance schedule showing how the source or sources will be brought
into compliance with state air quality standards and regulations and federal
primary and secondary ambient air quality standards.
B. Necessary Changes for Approval. Owners
and/or operators shall make any necessary changes in the schedule submitted to
obtain an approval of such schedule by the administrative authority within 90
days of submission of the schedule.
C. Annual Report Requirements. Any compliance
schedule extending over 18 or more months from the date of its adoption shall
provide for annual reports indicating increments of progress towards compliance
with administrative authority regulations and standards.
