La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-721 - Syringe Labels
A.
Unless it is utilized immediately , a licensee shall conspicuously label each
syringe, or syringe radiation shield that contains a syringe with a
radiopharmaceutical, with the radiopharmaceutical name or its abbreviation, the
type of diagnostic study or therapy procedure to be performed, or the patient's
or human research subject's name.
