La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXXXVI-903 - Deposit and Use of Fees and Funds
A. All fees collected and all gifts or grants
shall be deposited and credited to the account of the board in a licensed
financial institution of the board's choosing. The funds of the board may be
used for printing, travel expenses of the board, and for other necessary
expenses as are essential to carrying out of the provisions of
R.S.
37:3441-3452. Expenses shall be paid under the
written direction of the chairman of the board in accordance with procedures
established by the Division of Administration. Any surplus at the end of the
fiscal year shall be retained by the board for future expenditures.
