La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXIX-305 - Demolition
A. Demolition of
residential structures when the value exceeds seven thousand five hundred
dollars may only be performed by persons holding a classification of:
1. residential construction;
2. building construction;
3. rigging, house moving, wrecking, and
dismantling;
4. home improvement,
up to the statutory limits of the registration ($75,000).
B. Demolition of commercial structures when
the value exceeds $50,000 may only be performed by persons holding a
classification of:
1. building
construction;
2. rigging, house
moving, wrecking, and dismantling.
