La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXV-329 - Discrimination Prohibited
A. The
board shall not deny a license, certificate, or registration or otherwise
discriminate against any applicant based upon the applicant's race, religion,
creed, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, or
differing abilities.
B. The board
shall not discriminate against any person based upon the person's race,
religion, creed, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender
expression, or differing abilities.
