La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § I-4739 - Training
A. A provider shall
ensure that each direct service worker participates in at least 40 hours of
in-service training each year. Orientation training and activities related to
routine supervision of the employee's tasks shall not be considered for the
purpose of this requirement.
