La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § I-5081 - Operational Requirements for PCA Providers
A. PCA providers shall schedule personal care
attendant staff in the manner and location as required by each client's
ISP.
B. PCA providers shall have a
plan that identifies at least one trained and qualified back-up worker for each
client served.
1. It is the responsibility of
the provider to ensure that a trained and qualified back-up worker is available
as needed to meet the requirements of the ISP.
