La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § I-6919 - Religion
A. No child shall
be deprived of the opportunity of religious counseling by a representative of
his faith.
B. No child shall be
required to attend religious services; no disciplinary action shall be taken
toward a child who refuses to attend such services.
