La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § I-6935 - Regulations
A. The duties,
responsibilities, and authority of established positions in a detention
facility shall be clearly defined in writing.
B. The facility shall comply with all
governmental regulatory requirements relating to employment and personnel
practices.
